On November 7, 2018, TOTE Services was presented with individual Environmental Achievement Awards for 16 vessels who have operated for at least the past 2 years in environmental excellence and without incurring an oil spill to sea. Certificates awarded noted that “This outstanding achievement exemplifies devotion to the principles of environmental protection established by the international community, U.S. Federal agencies and local authorities”.
The awards were presented at the Annual Environmental Achievement Awards Dinner held in Washington, DC and given by the Chamber of Shipping of America.
